The market for CVD Graphene

0

The high-value applications for graphene such as solar cells, flexible electronics, transparent electrodes and ultracapacitors require graphene films. SiC sublimation and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) are the main methods to produce large-area graphene films. CVD graphene results in large-area, uniform, and continuous films of high quality. CVD graphene displays exceptional device properties with electron mobility of 7350 cm2 V−1s−1.
